The plaintiff moves this honorable court to appoint Capitol Constable Service (Constable.
Christopher P. chigas); it's Agent or Employees,as specially appointed process server in the above
captioned case. The person to be appointed is over the age of 18; both qualified and knowledgeable in
the service of court process, and not party to this action, nor having any interest in the outcome of this
litigation. Special appointed by the court to serve the process of this action is made under the
provisions of rule 1.070 of the Florida rules of Civil Procedure, in order to assure a substantial
savings in time and money.
