The undersigned moves pursuant to Rule 4(c) of the Massachusetts Rules of Civil Procedure that
this Honorable Court appoint Capitol Constable Service, LLC, Constable Christopher P.
Chigas, or by its constables, agents or disinterested persons as special process servers in this
above captioned action. The person to be appointed is qualified and knowledgeable in the serve
of all court process. The undersigned swears that to the best of their knowledge and belief, the
person to be appointed is over the age of eighteen, are not parties in this action. Nor having any interest in the outcome of this litigation.
